Your dedicated Customer Success Manager will set up a kick off meeting with you and your team and the work to get your new membership platform live begins.

Platform build

Over the next 6-10 weeks our expert team will work with you to build your platform. There will be regular check-ins with our team and you’ll also be provided with training and support so you are confident using the software.

Go Live!

Continuing support

We want to ensure that you and your members have success, so go live is not where our support ends. We’re available to answer any questions you have and support you as much as you need. You can also request changes and additions to your platform as your membership evolves and we’ll be happy to help.
