How our pricing works
There are 2 components to our pricing, a one-time set up fee and an annual fee.
One-time set up fee – from £2,500
Our one-time set up fee covers everything needed to build a membership management platform tailored to you.
The setup fee includes:
• Branding
• Existing data migration
• Platform configuration
• Training, support, and everything you need to be successful when you go-live
Annual fee – from £2,100 per year
Our annual fee is the fee you pay each year for the maintenance, updates and ongoing support your platform needs.
The annual fee includes:
• Ongoing support from your client success manager
• Software maintenance
• Daily backups
• Software updates
• Access to new features and improvements we release.
Both these costs are dependent on a number of factors such as how many members you have and the amount of customisation your platform requires.

FAQs
The one-off set up fee is due upon signing the agreement.
The annual fee is due upon the delivery of the platform and database migration when the system is ready to go live.
In future years the annual fee is payable annually in advance
Yes, a slightly higher monthly payment plan of +5% is also available.
