Our 18th major version release of our software is now being rolled out to customers. v18 brings new features and improvements for events, booking forms, task management, Xero integration and more!
Our company ethos is shaping our software around what customers want, this is a crucial part of the journey towards a new major release. We continuously listen to customer feedback and take on board the features that our customers want. Because our customer base are all driving towards very similar goals, our job is made easier, developing our product in a common direction.
When we roll out new features and improvements, this is mostly about adding new elements, rather than taking away anything which works well for people just now. This update reflects our commitment to continuously improving our software. We have a range of customers using our platform with more simplistic needs to sophisticated needs. We hide some sophistication by default, meaning that for everyday use, the platform remains simple to use, and if more power is needed, we can switch that on for you.
An important part of any new version we release is ensuring that the process is smooth for all. We send release notes to our customers which outline the changes ahead of any updates.
All our customers have access to a staging site where they can test and try out new functionality before we decide on a good time to put this on the live platform. This means there are no surprise updates before your biggest event of the year!
