At VeryConnect, we’ve recently grown our team across multiple departments to maintain a high level of expertise and capacity as our customer base grows. As an increasing number of membership organisations adopt our platform, we’ve invested in additional technical expertise to ensure improved performance and feature advancement. At VeryConnect, we maintain an even split of 50% technical resources to customer facing and operational roles. Our customer facing colleagues proactively gather insights directly from membership organisations, identifying opportunities to enhance functionality, improve usability, and introduce new features.  Such feedback is adopted by our developers to inform updates and enhancements that reflect the real needs of the people using our platform.
